If they aren't driving you crazy... (=

When you have a 3 year old you go through a potty training session.
When you have a 3 year old you go through  many time outs
When you have a 3 year old you go through many stressful days
When you have a 3 year old you go through many happy days

When you have a 5 year old you go through responsibility lessons
When you have a 5 year old you go through many times of taking toys away
When you have a 5 year old you go through many deep breaths
When you have a 5 year old you go through many smiling days

In case you couldn't tell my girls are very much into acting their age! They are so tiring, so exhausting, so infuriating  that I want to scream!
But truthfully, more often then not, it's screams of laughter and joy!

Yesterday morning Rae woke me up to tell me that Bea had was eating a kit-kat from the fridge. Little did I know that Rae had waited until after they had ate almost all of the kit-kat's before she told me.
Well of course I didn't find out that they had eaten 4 of them until after they were in bed and asleep for the night!
Well this morning I woke up to find them hidden in the pantry again eating fudge bars! It's been a rough morning. I had a rough night and couldn't sleep very well and so today it was really hard for me to not loose it on the girls.
This is my solution!

Most of my plans for the day have been changed because I have no desire to take them to run my errands because of how crazy they have been!
I guess I need to suck it up ad take them with me. The joys' of parenting, It's not easy and it's not always fun, but man it's entertaining!
There's this quote that really hit me, and  I really do love it: it says,"If your kids aren't driving you nuts, then you aren't spending enough time with them."
Is that not completely true or what?
Today my children, have eaten fudge bars without permission, refused to clean their room, got he bathroom counter soaking wet, the floor soaking wet, their stuffed animals soaking wet, and colored on the wall. It's only noon and I am ready for Ki to come home and for bed time. I'd say I spend plenty of time with my beautiful girls!
