Home

Since we've been home life has been good. Getting back to your everyday life and routine isn't always the funnest thing, but it also isn't bad. Especially when you've been away from your husband for two weeks. The girls were so happy to Ki and even Rudy started kicking and punching once he heard his voice.

Jumping around

Rae loves helping on the ranch. Good thing to because unloading 50lb bags of feed isn't fun or easy, but she helps make the time go by fast.

Rudy started cereals and he seems to really like it as long as its chunky, you know has some texture to it. But he seems to have a bit of a hard time digesting. It give him some tummy cramps, but I'm hoping he'll get used to it, I might add some fiber by starting him on green beans next week. Might help with those belly troubles.

He really likes the sipping cup best.

Our good family friend and Rae's Sunday school teacher left yesterday (Wednesday) for her mission. Rae was pretty sad, especially since she's going to SLC. Rae wanted to stay I. Utah so we could visit her, haha. She will be missed a lot, she's an amazing woman and will be a fantastic missionary.

Oscar missed Rudy a lot. Their BFF's, haha.

While we were in Utah, Rudy started rolling. So I knew when once we got home we'd have to get him out of his bassinet ASAP. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of space right now. So this is Rudy's new room. The before and after of my closet. I now have to share a closet with my hubby, ppbbfftt. Haha. But as long as Rudy is safe and not rolling out of his bassinet I think it's ok. Once school starts we might move him into the girls room. We'll all be on a more synchronized schedule then. But we'll see. If we do that naps might be har for himd on the days Bea is not in school.

Not a lot has changed. We just are trying to find our rhythm  again. But we always loose it in the summer either way.
I'm glad to be home, I missed my bed, my hubby, my puppy, and the ranch life. It's not easy and not always fun, but it's definitely the life we like.

Rudiger Winston's Blessing

I know I'm so ridiculously far behind on our blog, but life happens I guess. Which is why I have so much to post.
I have decided to try and blog more from my phone since most of the pictures I take are with my phone anyhow. Hopefully someday I'll have time to go back and blog all the pictures I don't have on my phone. But for now I'm posting about Rudy's blessing day.

Mom made this onesie for him. She actually made the whole outfit, here it is.
I am just so in love with the whole thing. My little Texas man was dressed in everything he needed. Suspenders, bolo tie, vest and John Deere boots!
Here he is on his blessing day at the church. Waiting for people to get organized for pictures.
This is the only picture I have on my phone. I'll have to get some off my camera some day soon.

The blessing that Heavenly Father and Ki shared with Rudy was beautiful. I hope someday he'll grow up and appreciate the love that we have for him. He's such a handsome sweet little man with such an important name to our family.
I know he like his sisters, will bring us such happiness. 😄

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! (Frosty the snowman's voice)

Every time I think about doing this post about the girls birthday I keep hearing Frosty's voice when he gets the magic hat on his head. It makes me giggle! (=
Anyway this post is going to be mainly pictures, we'll start with Rae's birthday which was September 28.
It was the same weekend as the State Fair in Dallas, so we spent the weekend up there cause Grandma was showing her cows.

Kelly got to show Grandma's bull, Chrome.
Raeanna was able to show Grandma's little girl cow, Heidi! We are so proud of how well she did. Especially since she only worked with Heidi one time.

She had a blast and wants to not only do it again,
but she wants to start showing her goat, Romeo.
We also got a chance to go to Mid-evil times for dinner while in Dallas.

Bea and Daddy
(I don't know where the rest of the pictures are )= )
While at Mid-Evil times, the Green Night threw both my girls flowers. Bea has been madly in love with him since because he kissed the flower first and it hit her right in the face!

Didn't Grandma in Alaska make the prettiest wall hanging for Rae and Bea! She said the brown haired fairies looked so much like Rae and Bea that she just had to make it for them! How lucky are my sweet girls to get such special gifts!

A new bike!

A farm cake!
Bea had a great Birthday this year too. Since she started her Mother's Day Out program she had a group of friends to come to her party this year. Every she has been sick for her birthday so I wanted to do something extra special for her this year.....BUILD-A-BEAR was a great choice!

on their way to stuff their animals!

Making wishes to put in Bea's bear

sewing the bear

washing the bear

Dancing with her new bear

aren't they so cute!
Tinker Bell secret of the wings! She had been wanting it forever!
styling!

Haha this cute face was for a Skippy Jon Jones book, her favorite!
Ok i wasn't planning on adding my birthday to the list but thought I should since I am that far behind on the blog......

this was actually 2 nights before my birthday, but I didn't get a pic of me on my b-day

Rae lost her tooth the night before my b-day!

The best gifts!
A new pizza cutter was nice but a little odd. Then Ki informed me that he drove almost 1.5 hours away and got me my most favorite pizza EVER. Papa Murphy's, it was a-mazing!!

We also went to a breakfast with Santa and it was a blast to meet Santa and eat pancakes with him!

Then I got a new iPhone 5! Spoiled, I know! LOL

I got new boots and a new onesie for little Rudy-man!
Our goat Rosie also had her babies on my birthday, what a cool ting to see when you come home!

We have a had a great year of birthdays, but personally I'm excited come this April when we get to celebrate Daddy Ki-Ki's 30th birthday! Hopefully I'll blog that closer to the day, (=

Happy new year and happy birthday to all!

Love the Grawe's (=

Baby, baby, baby!

No there are not 3 babies in my belly! But there is one healthy one.
Last Wednesday we were supposed to find out the sex of the little bambino. But my dr got called into an emergency c-Section. So we scheduled it for the next available day that both Ki and mom could be there, which was this past Monday, the 11.
Well of coarse mom being the impatient lady she is, (Ki and I were anxious as well) decided to take us to her part of the hospital and try out her ultrasound skills. Well the ultrasound machine in the ER is not quite as advanced as the OB's since they're just looking for abbesses and fluid pockets.
We did find the baby and its spine, head, ribs, legs, arms, hands and feet. But it kept moving and we couldn't find the goods. When we would get close it would move or have its hand down there! Finally we got a good angle, and at this point KI had taken over and was running the machine while mom was taking pictures of the screen with the phones.
It was fun to see him figure it out. I swear this man can figure anything out, and fast!
So we got our shot and, it's a girl!
We spent all weekend trying to name our Grawe girl number 3! Nicole. Denali. Josephine. Lupita- moms choice not mine.
Monday came and we went back to the drs and we told her the story. She had a good laugh about it, she knows mom.
After we told her, mom said "I'll laugh so hard if it turns out to be a boy!"
At about that same moment the dr moved the wand and looked at us: "IT'S A BOY!!" Mom did a little jump, Ki's dimples have never been so big, and I cried. We are all so happy and excited, (Not that we wouldn't have with a girl, but you know...). We couldn't wait to tell the girls, Rae was upset we were having a girl. She's been wanting a brother forever. They squeezed and squealed, they were so excited.
We can't wait to see what Mr Rudy will look like. I'm so hoping he looks like Ki. I know chances are he'll have my dark features, but I so badly want him to look like Ki since Ki has been told he looks just like grandpa Rudy!
The only problem now is the middle name. I want George, and everyone else wants Winston. I'm starting to lean towards Winston so if we have another boy someday his first name can be George.
The due date is April 23, I usually go around 3-4 weeks early which would put us at dads birthday, March 22. So again Winston is probably the better choice.
So far he's getting pretty hyper. Still likes to stay low in the belly, but when he's out he's out! And I look huge when he's out. He is starting to get hyper and likes to bounce around.
The dr said he has big feet and is measuring about a week ahead of how far along I am. His chest also looked very big to me in the ultrasound. Which is what Ki's problem was when he was born.
That's our great news and we are excited, and nervous. A boy, like Bea and Rae could be the end of me, lol!
We'll keep everyone posted as we go along.
Love you all!
