15-30 minutes at a time

Well potty training may not be as exciting as drag racing to some people, like say Vin Diesel's character from the movie Fast and Furious, but around here it's more exciting!
Today was Bea's first day at potty training. She has tried multiple times before and has actually gone on the potty multiple times, but never any consistency.
Well today was different. Today was a super hard rainy day with a tornado watch. We decided to hang out at gramma's house in case it turned into a warning. While we were there one of the aunties asked why not let her go naked and see if it helps.
I decided why not, this needs to get done and I know she's ready. Boy was she ready!
I told her to strip her diaper and she loved that, she's a naked life kinda baby, I mean big girl! So every 15 minutes I put her on the pot, and every 15 minutes she peed even pooped once. We did it for almost 3 hours, then we moved to every 30 minutes for about 4 hours.
One of the articles I read said to only do half days for the first couple days so they don't get stressed or over exhausted about it. So I put a pull up on her and just asked Her if she would like to sit on the potty. She always said yes and always peed.
At one point I tried to put a diaper on her, man talk about offending my child! Royal tantrum! So she asked for panties, she didn't even want a pull up. So she's wearing her Minnie mouse panties and is loving it. She said, "I'm almost naked!" the kids a nut I tell you!
So it's less then an hour before bedtime and she's been wearing panties for about 2 hours and we haven't has any accidents today.
I'm nervous about telling her she needs to wear a diaper to bed.
We'll continue tomorrow, but I really have a feeling that she's ready for this and that she's going to keep trying. Her only problem is pulling her panties up and down, they get stuck around her cute chubby thighs, hehe.
She's a very determined little miss. Almost reminds me of my sis in law who decided that she was never going to potty in her diaper again while on a car trip through Yellowstone! Silly Grawe's I tell you!
I'm proud of my little miss tude, even if it means I need to live my days 30 minutes at a time!
