2 Cards and 2 blogs

Hey all, sorry I missed last week, but life gets busy, especially since there was a holiday. That means Daddy was home and we got to party!

So like I have been doing the last couple of weeks, I participated in the CAS-ual Friday  challenge. Of coarse with the week being so crazy, I never got a chance to actually upload the pictures to my computer.
Here is the card from last week.
The challenge was to use 2 circles:

 I made this card for a very sweet friend that had to have surgery this past week. I left the inside empty and just put a post it note inside with my note that I wrote her in case she wanted to use that card again. 






This week's challenge is to use text.
But before I read this weeks challenge, I was over at KWernerdesign blog and saw that she used part of her office as inspiration for a card layout! How brilliant is that?! Now everywhere I go I see card and page layouts, I LOVE it!! (=
So here is a part of my incredibly messy office...  (Sorry it's so dark)

I decided to use the dresser (far right), and the the three columns of paper shelving. There is also a pants hanger with ribbon hanging from it, and underneath it is more paper, (it's a problem). (=

So here is the card:

I also added the texting for the CAS-ual Friday challenge to the base of the card.

I  have to add these next pictures because they are too cute.

My girlies love to scrapbook with me! They also made cards for our friend. They have such big hearts! (=

Girls Camp 2012!!

I can NOT believe that I was called to be camp director for girls camp this year! I have only been to camp once before and it wasn't my favorite, but this past year erased ALL and ANY bad memories that I had remembered.
I don't have a ton of pictures, but here are a few that I did take.

This made me want to cry. I love all my girls that went to camp with us!
